Terms & Conditions – kdbd Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kdbd website at kdbd.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated under the kdbd brand.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the kdbd platform and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the kdbd platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and preference data.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (৳) funds held within a Player's kdbd account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Wallet Balance derived exclusively from cash deposits, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matching deposits credited to a Player's account by kdbd under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "Eligible Payment Method" means the payment channels currently supported by kdbd for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and major international cards.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to and use of online betting and casino services is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, domain names, game content, software, designs, and other proprietary materials associated with the kdbd platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the kdbd registration process, clicking "I agree", making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the kdbd platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available now or in the future.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, the natural person using the account bears full personal responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

03 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on kdbd, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: The Player must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. kdbd reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the platform.
• Legal capacity: The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
• Identity: The Player must register using their own true and accurate personal information. Registration under a fictitious name, alias, or the identity of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: Each individual may maintain only one active kdbd account. Multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, NID, mobile number, device ID, IP address, or payment method — will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Jurisdiction: The Player must not be resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of kdbd complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Self-exclusion status: The Player must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the kdbd platform or any affiliated platform operated by kdbd.

During registration, Players are required to provide a valid mobile phone number and National ID (NID) or passport details. These will be verified before any withdrawal exceeding ৳5,000 is processed. kdbd's age and identity verification process may involve checks against government-issued identity databases. Players who fail verification will have their accounts suspended and any Real Money Balance returned to the originating payment method.

04 Account Management

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. kdbd will never ask a Player for their password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Players must notify kdbd support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by the account holder. kdbd accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

• Players must keep their registered contact information — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players. No Player may sell, transfer, or assign their account or any portion of their account balance to any third party.
• kdbd reserves the right to temporarily lock an account pending verification, security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be flagged as dormant. kdbd will contact the registered mobile number before any dormancy action is taken.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kdbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kdbd does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions in any currency other than BDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed via the following Eligible Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the account within 60 seconds. Bank card deposits may take up to 10 minutes depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. kdbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits. Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–24 hours, subject to identity verification status and the volume of pending requests.

• kdbd does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees per their respective terms of service.
• Players must complete full identity verification (NID or passport) before any withdrawal of ৳5,000 or above is processed.
• kdbd reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — for any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.
• Withdrawals will be declined if the account has an outstanding wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds at the time of the request.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, Players must notify kdbd within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be investigated.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

kdbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Time limits: All bonuses have a defined validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered after the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; certain slots and table games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated per offer.
• One bonus per promotion: Players may claim each specific promotional offer only once, unless the offer is explicitly stated as recurring. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active wagering requirement exists on Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳500, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse: kdbd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kdbd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. General platform-wide betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where a "Cash Out" feature is explicitly available and activated by the Player before the relevant event concludes.
• kdbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or deemed invalid under the applicable sport's governing body rules (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee, etc.).
• In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect odds price — kdbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the Player's account.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time by kdbd without notice, particularly during key moments such as wickets, goals, or video review stoppages. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. kdbd does not influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are published by the respective game provider.
• Fishing game outcomes are a combination of certified RNG and player input. kdbd does not manipulate outcomes of any fishing game title.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kdbd platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment method to create or operate an account.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Collusion with other players — including coordinated play in live dealer or poker games — intended to manipulate outcomes or extract bonus value.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with kdbd support. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account suspension and recovery of associated funds.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address masking.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kdbd support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

kdbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide every Player with a suite of tools designed to support healthy and sustainable play habits. These tools are available directly from the account dashboard at no cost and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will automatically log the account out.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration and total value of their current session.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be logged into and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may apply for indefinite self-exclusion. A self-excluded account is permanently locked and cannot be reopened for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property associated with the kdbd platform — including but not limited to the kdbd name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of kdbd or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kdbd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant Players any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kdbd Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of kdbd.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, and Play'n GO — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their individual licensing arrangements with kdbd. Players may not copy, distribute, or exploit such content in any form.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kdbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances subsequently identified as resulting from a technical fault, provided that kdbd takes prompt corrective action upon identification.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).
• Losses arising from a Player's decision to gamble, including losses on bets or games placed in full compliance with these Terms.

In any event, kdbd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data

kdbd collects, processes, stores, and protects Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, Players also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between a Player's device and the kdbd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. kdbd does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors and identity verification services — solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

13 Amendments to Terms

kdbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in service offerings — may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms, including its "Last Updated" date, is always accessible at /terms-conditions.

A Player's continued use of the kdbd platform after a change to these Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure and return of their Real Money Balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with kdbd support shall be subject to binding arbitration, conducted in English.

Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of kdbd is lawful in their place of residence. kdbd makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended market.
